Artist Sponsorship: Brian Gadbow

Brian Gadbow is a distinguished cellist and Eastman School of Music alumnus originally from Whitesboro, NY. A former principal cellist of the Eastman Philharmonia, Brian gained international acclaim as a member of the Abeo Quartet, winning the Silver Medal at the Chesapeake International Chamber Music Competition. He has performed at Alice Tully Hall and The Kennedy Center, collaborating with artists like Joseph Kalichstein and Tessa Lark. A versatile chamber musician, Brian served as a Graduate String Quartet in Residence at the University of Delaware under the mentorship of the Calidore String Quartet, continuing to champion both Baroque and contemporary repertoire.
