Joe Hagen is the Artistic Director and a founding member of the Off The Dock Chamber Festival. Based in Los Angeles, he runs Joe Hagen Music, LLC, where he produces for classical, pop, and film genres. Raised in Skaneateles, NY, Joe’s passion for classical music was ignited while volunteering for the Skaneateles Festival, leading to a career dedicated to organizing impactful musical events and promoting talented artists.

Joe earned his degrees from the Eastman School of Music, where he studied viola, audio engineering, and film composition under renowned instructors. His work as a producer and composer has reached a massive global audience, with over 100 million plays across his projects. This includes high-profile collaborations with YouTube personalities Ludwig and Jschlatt, as well as composing orchestral musicals for "Pixel Playhouse."

Beyond the studio, Joe is a committed philanthropist and performer. In 2021, his “HS Sessions” livestream raised over $140,000 for Garret’s Space. His film work includes the score for the award-winning documentary "A Castle for Kyiv." As a violist, he performs with the Riverside Symphony Orchestra and the San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra, playing alongside notable soloists like Rob Theis. He also made a high-energy appearance at The Streamer Awards performing with BBNO$. Through his recording business and leadership at Off The Dock, Joe remains focused on uniting communities and expanding the reach of classical music to wider audiences.
